CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your service. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; however, arrivals beyond this time may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the forfeiture of your deposit in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
